This solution does not work. If you add the multi-select together with a paypal button the form doesn't go to paypal.
However if you use only a paypal button it will work.
Please post another solution.

I've been through every suggestion in this thread and still can't get the PayPalSelect function to work. The selection list shows up correctly on the web page, but when you make a selection and click on the PayPal button, the amount that shows up on the PayPal page is whatever is specified on the PayPal button element, not what was set up in the PayPalSelect element.

I'm attaching screenshots of the Properties and Advanced screens for both PayPalSelect and PayPay button elements. (I couldn't figure out how to attach multiple images to this post so I'm attaching them individually below.)
