THEMA: Adding Columns in Manage Records

Adding Columns in Manage Records 1 Jahr, 3 Monate her #67234

Hello everyone,

I've installed Content Builder and read the Documentation, at first glance I'm struggling to see how its supposed to work.

What I would like to do in the Breezing Forms Back-End under Manage Records where it displays Main Records ID, Submitted, IP, Provider e.t.c. Have a few Sub Recordscolumns displaying identifiable information such as ID, Username, First Name, Last Name, Submitted, IP, Provider e.t.c.

The purpose of this is to easily locate a form and convert it to PDF for printing.

Hi,

for custom columns I would really use ContentBuilder. Here is explained how to create administrative panels with ContentBuilder + BreezingForms:

I think after that you might agree that this a great way to construct custom record managers.

Markus

Re: Adding Columns in Manage Records 1 Jahr, 3 Monate her #67297

Hey Markus,

I'm still experiencing a problem (I think its my lack of experience).
I can see the rows of data, however all the values are links and if I click any link it takes me to a 404 - An error has occurred. Template not found.

This looks exactly like what I need except in the Manage records view of Breezing forms I can see PDF, CSV, XML buttons e.t.c. I need a pdf button on my view in Content Builder how do I do this?

I really appreciate your help with this Markus.

Hi,

in the Content Template of the view setup click "create sample" and save it once. Then it will show up. The 404 appears since it was empty (=no template defined).

Hi Markus,

I still get the 404 - Template not found error even after creating the sample. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Nick

Hello,

just to be sure, you are talking about the content template and not the editable template. If a record should be edited or created the editable template also has to be created.
