for that iam using javascript, which iam not familiar with.
This is the cenario:
i have a radio button named "frame1" and select list called "names"
what i want to achieve is:
1. when i check the radio button "frame1", the select list "names" shows on my form.
2. when i uncheck the radio button "frame1", the select list "names" hides from my form.

iam using this script i found on the internet:

I installed breezing forms yesterday.

Have been over email settings 15 times now- not receiving any emails. Have tested 15 times also

The strange thing is - no records are being recorded either

There were two successful records recorded last night - but I didn;t have Joomla mail set up properly, so no notifications.

Fixed Joomla mail/ contact form today, then tested Breezing forms and now no records showing up at all - and still no mail notifications.

Yes- have done all as instructed- many times over now.

One thing I was thinking- the script I added for going to confirmation page last night- when someone hits submit it goes to my confirm page/ thank you page - maybe it is not saving the record at all- thus no records showing and no email arriving?

Can anyone help?

On submit it doesn't connect, or send. The site is running Joomla! 2.5.11 which I updated from 2.5.9 yesterday. I changed the email address for the form today and I'm not sure whether it was the upgrade or changing the email address which has triggered the error.

I came to this website to see whether the component needed upgrading and cannot make sense of things at all. I originally bought this component and have a Paypal payment notice and email from this website to prove it, a while back admittedly, however My Account here shows no record of this.

There are three pages with the submit button on the second page. The third page is a thank you page. The Next page button works but when you click on the Submit button, it just flashes and goes back to page one. The thank you page does not show, no information is saved and no emails are sent. As I say, it used to work fine.

Apart from Joomla updates, the only change that has occurred recently is an update in our server PHP to the latest version.

As far as I can tell, I have filled in the forms correctly. The Package file is attached. Any ideas?
