My website currently runs BF 1.5.1, and I want to update mainly to add Captcha on my forms.
Can I to an update, or will I have to reinstall? The download page says to look in Solutions/Legacy for updates prior to 1.6.5 but I don't see this menu...

Also, is Captcha included in 1.7.0, or will I have to install an extension?

you'll need to apply all updates until 1.7.0.

Yes, Captcha is included.
