TOPIC: Attachment not received

Attachment not received 2 years, 2 months ago #10126

Hello,

I have set up three imgupload fields in a contact form. The message is sent but no attachment is received.

Possibly I missed something in the settings?

Hi,

did you check the "attach to admin mail(s)" option in the file upload's advanced tab?

Can't find that option. Using the sample form. Maybe I should re-write is after an upgrade to latest version?

yeah, best you recreate using the QuickMode. The samples are in ClassicMode and there is that option not available.

Have installed latest version BF and ticked attach to admin mails but no attachement came with message.

Should I have done something else as well?

Hi,

make sure the folder

jroot/components/com_facileforms/uploads/

is writable.
