Markus

I have had to try to rebuild the form that I was working on, which was designed in Classic mode, to one designed in quickmode, because i cannot find any option in the upload component of the classic mode form advanced details, that allows attaching the uploaded file to the admin email, which the option does exist in the quickmode designed forms

So

How do I add the code to send a link of the submitted page url, when the form is designed in quickmode?

also, maybe this should be in a new topic, but how do I add a flash object, into the form area, of a form designed in quickmode

Regards

Steven

Hi!

"How do I add the code to send a link of the submitted page url, when the form is designed in quickmode?"

Like for the other modes, too. Checkout this thread:

"how do I add a flash object, into the form area, of a form designed in quickmode"

Use the page intro text (or a section with description text) and add your flash movie. Best would be you use the JCE editor as it ships with easy object tag embedding options.

Hi, I have tried to get this system to work on the Quickmode form, but it doesnt seem to work the same as it does on the classic forms, i think its because the quickmode forms auto rename the form elements, and the code which works on the classic form mode is able to be named 'page' and so the code works

How can I do the same with the quickmode form?

so that the form, sends a link in the email, to exactly which page it was submitted from.

I do not have anything, that works on a quickform built form

I did have the whole thing, as earlier in this thread, all working ok, in a custom form, but, after spending all my time making the 5 page form, i then found out, custom forms do not attach uploaded images to the admin emails

So I had to start again, this time building the form in the quickform builder

So now I have an uploader which does attach the uploaded file,

But it doesnt capture the page from which the form was submitted.

and as you have probably noticed in the other thread, i also have found that nothing in the quickform built forms seems to allow php code, which totally gets stripped

So I currently have a rather large form, built in the quickform mode, and I need to know howto add something into the form, a hidden field that knows the page url from which the form was submitted, which can then get sent by email with the other form detail..
