Hi

I just built a form using Quick Mode on my site. When I save it, I just get a blank page on the back end and no form is saved.

I tried creating a package and it comes up saying that I've tried to hack it or something.

I tried using one of the sample forms on my site. When I create the menu item and link it to the form, I just get a blank page on the front end of my site.

Please help!
