I got your thank you page working for someone who is paying by check, but I need Markus's expertise to figure out the PayPal button. He's been away from the computer for the majority of the last couple of days. I've sent a reminder through to him in the help system.

This isn't fixed. The test form created switches to the thank you page on submit, but doesn't submit the data to the database.

I tried changing the click action back to validate/submit and added the end submit described here: www.crosstec.de/support/index.php?pid=kn...wentclient&id=27

This works for the "pay by check" version, but the "pay with paypal" version no longer redirects to Paypal, so that's another dead end.

I just spoke with Markus about this. He thinks that one possibility could be that RocketThemes is loading MooTools too late (it's loading AFTER jQuery). That causes the global namespace to be broken. There is an extension that can control this:

Can you try installing it and see what happens?

Also, when I did a test submission of your form, I got a "PHP Mailer failed" error. You would need to check your Joomla global configuration settings for that.

Please let me know if this corrects things for you.

I have installed the plugin, published it and even tried changing a couple of the settings it provides, but it didn't help.

In one of my tries to fix this, I had inserted ff_switchpage(7) along with a break; into the custom code (put towards the end of the ff_submit. What this did was had the form go to the Thank You page, pause and then it returned to the form again. Do you think there might be something wrong with my script library?

The mailer failing must have been a fluke - the mail function has been working fine - I've been getting all the emails regarding the form records being created.
