I'm not sure if this is silly, but right now i'm trying to get my form done and i would want to send the report with the results i'm able to show on the summary page.

The Form was made on the quick mode and I had to turn on/off conditionally several options... the problem is when the user explore those options the selections he makes is stored and reported to the database.. making a bit of more work to trace the real intended selection from the user.

How can i achieve what i want? i'm good with coding inverse engineering if needed... but i don't know where to look...
