Two questions please:

- How I can put a radiobutton element with images instead text?

- How I can assign values for all elections on the radiobuttons groups and at the end of the form, sume that values depending on your elections? I found the instructions to do that with checkbox but not in radiobuttons.

I am also looking for an answer to makiaji's first issue, i.e. if it's possible to add images instead of text to radio buttons - or check boxes. Does anyone know how to?
