Hello Everyone,

I am currently use ChronoForms, but I bought BreezingForms because the layout and design look so much better. However, I can't believe how incredibly difficult is to set up an auto e-mail!

I have scoured the forum, but have yet to find a solution to this problem that a non-programmer can do.

I would like to 1)have an email sent to my inbox whenever someone submits a form 2)Have an auto generated "thank you for contacting us" message sent to the email address the user inputs.

Is this not possible with BreezingForms?

In QuickMode, when you create your form there is a setting you can check to send an Email notification to Admin. See this KnowledgeBase article:

You can also send a copy of the Email to the user by checking the MAILBACK checkbox in the Advanced tab of the textfield you are using to collect the Email address.

You can also customize your default admin mail template and mailback template on a global or per-form basis. For more information, please see the Email Templates section of our KnowledgeBase, at:

Appreciate it guys! I knew I had to be missing something.

Having the same problem; form is up and running but no email notifications are coming. I've put in the setting mail notifications yes and email is correct, any thoughts? (also for some reason the thank you page isn't coming up... don't think the 2 are related, but thought to mention). real noob to joomla so please bare with me if it's a simple fix!
