you notice that there is a drop down that allows you to choose a persons name. associated with that name is an email that automatically send that person a copy of the agreement. I need to know if I can set something like that up where it

1. email a main email
2. emails the person in the drop down automatically
3. sends the client a email as well

yes, that is possible out of the box through the mailback settings for drop down lists and email fields.
