I test it once his morning and it worked but when I came back to test it again, nothing was coming through to the back office even though it states it submitted in the front end. Here is the link to the form

i just tested it on another computer at a friends house and it worked but when I try it again it doesnt go through so im guessing it has something to do with the ip address. is there any way to disable that?

It sounds like you might have (accidentally?) deleted one of the "scripts" or "pieces" on your PC. Just uninstall & reinstall Breezeforms and it should fix the problem
