Hello,
I'm using BreezingForms 1.7.5 Stable (build 757) with Joomla! 2.5.6. I have created a form that seems to accept the form data after it is submitted from the front end. I get an email and there is a new form record created. But when there is a form record, the form displays code at the top of the form (see attached png). When I delete the form record, the code goes away. I am a BreezingForms novice and would really appreciate any help... please!
