i have mad an breezing forms page on my website but for some reason it has an big gap in the page before the form its self starts. link below

and for some reason i cant seem to find where i edit the html to take the gaps out is it something joomla is doing ? or is it somting i need to work out my self how do i fix this problem thank you for your help
