is it possible to link a URL or an actionscript on a label?

I want that the label become a blue color (link). When the visitor rollover this label, there is an actionscript that shows an image in a popup.

Is this possible?

I have found an answer for your question partly I think so.
So making link to a label:

put this html code to the label:
<a href="url">Link text</a>

Maybe you can try with a picture.
