hello all,

I have read the tut on creating a hidden form that reveals on a check box being ticked etc...

I was wondering however, if it is possible to have multiple forms appear depending on the users requirements... for example.

I have a 'pet-book-in' form where clients book their pets into a kennel. They fill in the details of each pet, what I would like is to have a 'Add another pet' type of button that then reveals another form for the next pet...

does that make sense? Any help appreciated.
