TOPIC: PayPal Problems...

I am using the latest version, in QuickMode. I am having 2 problems:
  1. After the PayPal button is clicked, the user is directed to PayPal. However, an error message occurs from the PayPal site. They say there is a problem with the PayPal email address.
    • I have confirmed the PayPal email with PayPal.
    • I followed the Breezing Forms instructions to add PayPal & the token.
    • I made sure the form email addy is the same as my registered PayPal addy.
  2. Form submissions are being made even when payment hasn't been completed via PayPal. Is there a way to only have forms submit AFTER they have completed payment? Payment verification?
Thanks for your help. I'm sure question #1 is probably a simple mistake I am making.

I'm not sure how that answered my question. Why am I having an error when sent to PayPal? Please use my form to see.

I do not have the test checkbox turned on... I have opened a Sandbox account, which gives me buyer information. However, after PayPal is clicked on my form I get the message that seller's email is not correct. I can't even get to the step where I can test a purchase.

Where does the seller's email go in BF? I have the token inserted. I have updated all emails in BF to my PayPal email. It's still not working at all.

well, I didn't answer your question, I just needed more information.

The seller's email address is a field called "business" and will surely be transmitted to paypal. Is your PayPal account verified as sellling account? (allow to receive money) That's a very important setting within PayPal.

That fixed it!!! I had our business name in the "Business" field.
