I'm not sure how you have your checkboxes set up, but this is how I would do it.

Make one checkbox group called 'Products' then add your values to it, like so:

0;Retractable Sunscreens;Retractable Sunscreens
0;Patio Awnings;Patio Awnings
0;Rolling Shutters;Rolling Shutters

Then check "Wrap each element" so each option appears on a separate line.

Then save and test!

I had this exact problem, it was because the value fields were empty.

I still have the same problem. I have more than one checkbox group. Must I change the 0;titel;value
and the other one
1;titel;value?

The 0 and 1 determine which boxes are checked at form loading.
Most of the times you only want one or no entries checked.
