No, I was not able to solve my issue(s). 3 of the 4 working environments I set up the site with this form piece would not work. The only one that would work was my localhost
Although, the guys here (Terry/Markus) were very quick in getting responses back to me to help troubleshoot  Unfortunately, I had to ditch the forms and go with another solution in order to keep up with my production schedule. Shannon |

That's a shame, Shannon.
I also found another solution and had to leave Breezing behind; I was able to get it to layout nicely and to function as desired *except* that the drop-down and radio-button texts never appeared. I didn't have time to investigate further after 3 hours, so sadly admitted defeat and moved on to something else. Hope to come back here someday and test a newer version. John |
