Plugin issues in IE8 Windows 7

Through testing we have realized that any form which is being shown via the in-article plugin is compressed and not visible in IE8 windows 7. Has this happened to anyone else?

Wait, may be due to compatibility button being pressed on Windows 7 machine, and therefore we have isolated the issue to a css file in our own template. Thanks sorry
