TOPIC: Breezingforms 1.7.1 Build 728 + Rockettheme : Bugs

Breezingforms 1.7.1 Build 728 + Rockettheme : Bugs 1 year, 10 months ago #13082

Hello,

I just bought Breezingforms 1.7.1 yesterday, to use it with my rockettheme joomla site.
The template I use is Rockettheme Replicant 2.

After some tests, several things are not working properly :

1) I can't use the multipage functionnality (buttons are not shown)
2) I can't use the turn on/turn off fields/section functionnality
3) I didn't try the submit button, but I fear it won't work too

I read the tutorials, and I'm sure all is Ok. I read also the forums, and I saw that there are problems sometimes with RocketThemes templates. Even if the BF 1.7.1 build 728 should resolve this (that's what the release notes says), I fear there are still problems.

You can see the basic form I made here : congress2010.documentatwork.be/index.php...emid=143&lang=fr

On this form, should normaly appears a "Next" button, to go to the next page, and when you click on the "Equipe Sponsor" radio button, a new field should appear...but it's not the case..

Below, you'll find the screenshots of the form configuration.
I can provide admin rights if needed (only to an admin of this site)

Can you please help me ?

Thanks a lot
Benoît

Hi,

I have purchased BF Trinity and I am also having problems with a RocketThemes template.
In Chrome my Hidden sections work a treat however in IE7 and IE8 the hidden sections do not appear when triggered.

Can anyone point me towards the right direction to investigate further?

At this stage of the development I can't change the template (client loves it) and I would really hate to move away from BF 1.7.1.

Thankyou

We have the same problem with a client of ours who is using RT's Meridian template. We setup a multiple page form (1.7.1) that works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but won't advance past the first page in IE.

Hi,

I had also problem with scripts in Breezingform with Rockettheme template and IE7, IE8.
Rockettheme uses gauntry, disable "Input Styling" or add an exclusion to input styling.

The scripts was newer called in ie7, ie8, but works fine in Firefox and Chrome.

OK, so we all agree that there is a problem. Now what?

OK, three months and no answer. How did this group get so many stars for tech support. They have made efforts to help me with issues, but I am sorry to say that I am not sure if it is enough to keep this software going. It is a great tool, I would hate to see it's demise. I saw it happen to EventList. Someone else has it now. I sent in a ticket, lets see what they say.

Anyone by chance get this fixed? Would love for someone to post a solution.
