Hi,

I have put together an application form using 1.7.1 which was working previously but now does not save a large amount of entries into the backend:

The form has 4 file-upload fields and I am finding that if you leave those blank and submit the form, the record saves into the back-end. However, if you fill in those fields to upload files into them and press submit at the end, the form says it has submitted (reaches last thank you page) but there is no record of the entry on the back-end.

Can someone please help me figure out why it is doing this?

I need to find an urgent solution for this. Any help is much appreciated.
