I created a simple form in joomla 1.5 in QuickMode. When I fill it on the frontside and press button Send, it gives an error message. See below.

Anybody who can help?

Additional info: when i use the Joomla contact form, the emails arrive correctly in my inbox.

Fixed by creating an entire new form.
