When I edit the description of a section it appears that:

item.properties.description

Prefill and erase what I tappe my text. I saved and everything is impeccable.

Now, if I want to change my text,it is not visible in the editor and is replaced by "item.properties.description"!

It's a shame because I would have liked to change it without having to copy it from fronthand.

what BF version are you using? That sounds like a bug of an earlier BF version with JCE editor. (In fact JCE had a bug with IFrames and BF tries to workaround it)

I use the latest version 1.7.0.

I read somewhere on the forum that there was indeed a bug with JCE, so i disabled the WYSIWYG option in the Control Panel BF, but still here... and JCE editor too.

I did few tests now, here is the result:

With XStandard 2.0 it's worse because nothing happens, with or without the WYSIWYG option checked.

It only works with TinyMCE 2.0. That's enouth for text.
