It's really annoying that we have to manually edit HTML or text files if we want to customize the e-mailed form output and/or autoresponders. It is possible to do exactly that with the RSForm!Pro component, a really nice feature.

Is this on a list of future improvements?

the disadvantage of RSForm!Pro is the missing PHP support within email templates. I am still a little bit reluctant to allow PHP for the scenario of HTML templates. But it is definetly on the list and will be implemented wether with php or without.
