• I would like to control the publishing of a form via date comparison and or timestamp and have a function that will force ALL fields to become read only and informing the user that "THIS FORM IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, BUT WILL BE AVAILABLE "chosen date".
• A function that will allow a form to be accessed by payment only
• A way to perform statistical reporting using the forms for exporting via CSV or Excel formatting
• Function creation documentation for the non-programmer
Just my little wish list, LOVE the breezingforms and can do SOOO Much with it so looking forward to more enhancements!!!!!

Can't help you with the rest of these, but we released a free extension last month that might help with the "access form only by payment" request.
