TOPIC: HTML Element

HTML Element 1 year, 6 months ago #15534

It would be nice to have a form element that is just HTML/Javascript so if you wanted to show an image, some text, etc. you could choose the 'HTML' form element, enter the HTML you want to appear in that position and it would appear on your form.

Perhaps just a setting in the 'Textarea' for element that would allow you to just use HTML.

This would be a big enhancement to this already awesome extension.

Bump. I dearly need this basic feature which other solutions like Chronoform have offered for quite a long time.

I think I just figured out a work-around.

You need to create a new Section. Then within that Section look to where it says "Description" and click on "Edit". Then you can have an html or text area within that Page/Section.

Works for my purposes...

You can put HTML code in any static element For instance if I do not have a convenient css div then eg
<span style="font-family:verdana; font-size: 10px; font-style: italic">Results are output 15 to a page.<br />You may limit your total output by specifying a Limit.<br />
Note that the maximum is 90 lines. <b> Limit currently set to </b></span>

Sometimes I use a table to better control the layout eg
<table border="0" width=430>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td colspan=1><b>Standard:</b> </td>
<td>people who are over 15 years old and less than 60 years old.
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td><b>Concession:</b></td>
<td>people who are aged 60 years and over, <br />or people who are under 16 years old.</td>
</tr>
and so on
