Subject: [SOLVED] List View Columns Spilling off Right Side - by: designsedge

I don't know if this will help anyone else, but I have spent the entire day researching and working to resolve an issue with my columns being too wide and spilling off the right side.

Symptoms: When displaying a multi-page list (say 14 pages) the columns would fall off the page; however, when a shorter list was selected (1-5 pages) columns would line up perfectly.

Resolution: I followed TheMuffinMan's guide here and set up a template override for default.php, then around line 540

I changed it to match my templates pagination css style but this could be any css you wanted.

As a side note, I also changed the .sectiontableheader value to include text-align:left and now all the columns line up with headers directly above values - I know that I could also change that variable in the override & css - but never understood why joomla centered that text anyways!

Anyways - hope this helps someone else fix the column width issues -

Hi.

I have made some forms and some of my forms won´t show up using the plugin option in articles. If I use "Menu Type - Add Form", the form show up.
I am using the free version 1.7.3 Stable Backport 11) and Joomla 2.5.4.

The form that don´t work (in article): flugfiskeinorden.se.loopiadns.com/index....bestallningsformular
The same form that do work (menu type "add form"): flugfiskeinorden.se.loopiadns.com/index.php/produkter/add-form

Hope someone can help.

Hello.
2 Things to say, first, content builder is really cool module for Joomla!!!
The second, i had some questions, following my request, is it possible to set dependencies in content builder ->

If some value selected in drop box, some data of another field changed automatically.

I am trying to create certificate document, that will represent some tested data and allow to customers print it.

(label) - color : (data) - red , green ,black

(label2) - catalog : (data) - cass01, cass02 ,cass03

(using drobbox control)
I need , on red the cass01 will be selected automatically in dropbox, on green cass02 etc

I want to build a multipage survey. I want to store the data in the database everytime the user clicks next. If the user somehow doesn't want to fill in the next screens, I still want to have the results of the first screen(s). Is this possible with BF?

(I also posted this question in a 2 year old thread, but since I don't see this thread popping up, I also start a new topic).

Dei Fa. Crosstec ist einfach nicht erreichbar - es wird weder auf E-Mail oder auf Fax reagiert, die im Impressum angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht besetzt, auch kein AB.
So geht das schon seit 2 Wochen. In den Foren sind die Admins aktiv - beantworten aber auch keine NAchfrage, wie die Geschäftsleitung erreichbar ist.

Ich finde es merkwürdig, wenn man hier etwas kauft, dafür aber von dieser "Crosstec GmbH & Co KG" keinen Kaufbeleg (Quittung/Rechng) erhält, obwohl dies schriftlich zugesagt wurde.

Wäre für einen Hinweis dankbar, wie diese Firma und wann erreichbar ist.

I use BF 175 (761) incl. Modul and Plugin and i want to fill a field (friendname) with a parameter from plugin

in the form, called friend, i make form pieces:

$this->execPieceByName('ff_InitLib');
$mychoice=ff_getParam('ff_param_xy');
ff_setValue('friendname', $mychoice);

if i run the modul it works and fill the field but not with the plugin?!

For testing, I try to build 2 CB storage & view.
The issue I got is I can't pubilsh the record which importing from .csv file, and uneditable as well.
However, on the other one which I add field by field, it works fine. I can edit , unpublish/pubilsh the record.
No question, I enable editable of every field. And allow every permission at backend.
Any ideas?

I would like to create a summary form that can summarize the count of a collection of form records created by a form from breezing forms.

Example: I have a registration form that people complete to tell me they are going to an event.

on the event form, people can sign up for activities at the event.

I would like to create a report with contentbuilder that summarizes the number of people that are coming to the event and how many people have signed up for each activity

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Joomla 1.5 and downloaded your Freezingforms version 1.75 (stable build 761).

I have installed the component, but when I go to configure it for step 2, upon selecting the only available option (New install: Create tables (drops existing tables)), it proceeds to kick me back to the joomla dashboard and doesn't configure a thing. Upon uninstalling, reinstalling and repeating these steps, still.. nothing.

I bought this component because it looked easy, robust and intuitive.. so far I have jack all to show for my money

Hi,

In my website 2 forms are used without problems. Now, as I want to place a 3th form, in the backend the content of that form dissapears. I can make a new form in Quickmode, put in all items I want, but when I click the general Save button, the only thing I see is what you can see in the attached file.

When I connect a menu-item to the specific form, it's eventhough shown correctly. But I can't change anything in the form in the backend.

The site is build in Joomla 1.5.25 and Breezing Forms 1.7.0 Stable (build 726)

Anybody a solution?

Hi, im new to BreezingForms and trying to make my Registration Form to be like this:

Visitor click or choose checkbox and will be redirect to different forms. My purpose is to let different home town visitor get only specific address of their home town only when they choose the checkbox.

Example: For New York visitor will only get a list of New York address.
For Miami visitor will only get a list of Miami address.

I have use ff_page function but it mix up with other home town forms before reach SEND button.

Hi.
Is BF 1.7.3 Stable (build 740) compatible with Joomla 2.5.x?

I have tried installing 1.7.3 on a Joomla 2.5.4 site, and after installing the Component (first step) I come to "Installation Step 2" where it asks if I want to install optional packages. I choose optional packages and click "Continue" and I am back in Joomla administration view. When I then choose Breezingforms under Component, I get back to "Installation Step 2" again. It does like this when ever I try some menues of the Breezingforms.
There was not any tabells for breezingforms in my database after my attempt.

I found this thread crosstec.de/en/forums/11-installation/35...allation-step-2.html and tried that with no success.

So again, is BF 1.7.3 Stable (build 740) compatible with Joomla 2.5.x? Do I have to upgrade to 1.7.5?

I was doing tests to try to create an educational form to create sentences. This, taking words from different "Select-List" concatenating all in a "Hidden-field." To be reviewed after the save.

Can anyone help me to copy the selected values of 4 different "Select-List" and that when saving, be all concatenated into a "Hidden-Field" or "Text-Field."

I hope someone can help, I'll be very grateful.

NewsCalendar is a month view calendar module which shows a list of the articles. It is work great!

I have created a table joomla_calendar and I can write a data from ContentBuilder BackEnd. How can I access this data from another module? Can I get records created in ContentBuilder BE from NewsCalendar helper?

Who's can provide me links to a documentation or to a sample?
