PayPal Button Doesn't Work

I've set up my PayPal button and I'm sure I have all the settings right, but when I click on it, it doesn't do anything! What is wrong?

In the PayPal element, go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the ActionScript section and enter the following settings:

Type: Library
Actions: Click - SHOULD BE CHECKED
Script: FF::ff_validate_submit
